1. Introduction and acceptance of the terms

This website is operated by The-Hunters (הציידים), Licensed Dealer No. 312513492, managed by Chen Urieli. Browsing the website, viewing the information on it, or submitting details through it constitutes consent to these terms of use and to the website’s privacy policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the website.

2. Purpose of the website and the services

The website provides information about business automation services, WhatsApp systems, CRM integrations, AI-based workflows, chatbots and related consulting and implementation services.

The website is not an online store and no purchase transactions take place on it. Any business engagement requires a separate written quote, order or service agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may make reasonable use of the website for personal and business information purposes, including viewing its content, obtaining information about the services offered and submitting an inquiry through the contact form.

4. Prohibited use

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Copying, duplicating or reusing the website’s content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  • Scraping, automated data collection, or the use of robots and automated tools to extract information from the website.
  • Circumventing, disrupting or attempting to breach security mechanisms, including the OTP verification mechanism.
  • Submitting false, unlawful or harmful information, or information concerning a third party without appropriate authorization.
  • Disrupting the operation of the website, reverse engineering, or misusing the website or the integrations and services connected to it.

5. Contact form and OTP verification

  • Submitting an inquiry through the form does not obligate The-Hunters to provide any service.
  • You must provide accurate and correct details.
  • To verify the phone number, a one-time code (OTP) may be sent via WhatsApp.
  • By submitting the form, you confirm that the phone number you provided belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it to receive verification messages.
  • Successful verification of the phone number does not constitute acceptance of a project, a commitment to perform work, or a commercial agreement of any kind.

6. Quotes and commercial engagements

The scope of services, prices, payment terms, schedule, support, ownership of deliverables and service levels are determined solely in a separate written quote or service agreement.

In the event of a conflict between these terms of use and a specific written agreement signed between the parties, the terms of the specific agreement will prevail.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, trademarks and branding, graphics, videos, designs, software and code, is protected by the intellectual property rights of The-Hunters or of third parties that grant a license to use it. The content may not be copied, duplicated, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website uses third-party services, including:

  • Vercel: hosting the website, serving its files and running the server components of the contact form.
  • Upstash (Redis), via Vercel: temporary storage of verification process data and rate limiting.
  • Cloudflare: the Turnstile service, which protects the form against automated use.
  • Make.com: automation and data routing.
  • Meta / WhatsApp: OTP verification and communication via WhatsApp.

The availability and use of these services are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant providers. The-Hunters is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party services.

9. Website availability and changes

There is no commitment that the website will operate continuously, completely or without errors. The-Hunters may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or the entire website at any time, without prior notice.

10. Information and professional reliance

The information on the website is general and intended for information purposes only. It should not be regarded as legal, financial, technological or other professional advice. For specific advice suited to particular circumstances, please consult a qualified professional.

11. Limitation of liability

The-Hunters does its best to provide accurate information and quality service on the website. However, to the extent permitted under Israeli law, The-Hunters will not be liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the website, reliance on its content, or its unavailability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by Israeli law. Disputes concerning these terms or the use of the website will be heard by the competent courts in Israel.
