1. Who we are

This privacy policy describes how Chen Urieli, operating under the brand The-Hunters (הציידים), Licensed Dealer No. 312513492, handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of handling inquiries.

2. Information collected directly

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, the following information may be collected:

• Full name.
• Phone number, including the country and calling code.
• Project description (optional).
• Information you choose to include in the open text field.
• OTP verification status and related operational records.
• The website language, the page from which the inquiry was sent, and the time the terms were accepted.

Please note: we recommend not providing sensitive information, or personal information that is not needed, in the open text field. Information provided in this field is handled as part of the inquiry.

3. Technical information

The website’s hosting platform and supporting infrastructure may process technical information as part of operating and protecting the service, including IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs and security information.

This information is collected and processed by the platform infrastructure as part of routine operations, and not for the purpose of building a personal profile of the user.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a Cloudflare service that distinguishes between people and automated software. For this purpose, Cloudflare may process technical signals from the browser and device, in accordance with its privacy policy.

The IP address and the phone number are also used for rate limiting, to prevent repeated sending of verification codes and misuse of the form.

4. How information is collected

Information may be collected in the following ways:

• The contact form on the website.
• The OTP verification process via WhatsApp.
• The Cloudflare Turnstile check when the form is submitted.
• Clicking direct WhatsApp links on the website.
• Contacting us directly by email or phone.
• Technical logs generated by the website and its service providers.

5. Purposes of use

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying the phone number provided.
• Responding to inquiries.
• Assessing the requested project.
• Follow-up and business record keeping.
• Security, prevention of misuse and troubleshooting.
• Compliance with legal requirements.
• Establishing or defending legal claims.

6. Legal basis and consent

Providing information through the contact form is voluntary. However, without the required details (full name and phone number), the inquiry cannot be processed.

Information is handled in accordance with applicable Israeli law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted under it, as well as for the purpose of conducting business negotiations, the legitimate interests of the business, and compliance with legal requirements.

7. Service providers and recipients

Information may be shared with the following service providers, each according to its role:

• Vercel: hosting the website, serving its files and running the server components of the contact form.
• Upstash (Redis), via Vercel: temporary storage of verification process data, sessions and rate-limit counters.
• Cloudflare: the Turnstile service, which protects the form against automated use.
• Make.com: automation and data routing, including passing the verification code on for sending via WhatsApp and routing verified inquiries.
• Meta / WhatsApp: sending the OTP and communicating via WhatsApp.
• CRM or business management systems: to the extent inquiry details are transferred to management systems in order to handle the inquiry.
• Professional advisers or authorities: where required by law.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside Israel, subject to the relevant arrangements and to those providers’ safeguards.

9. Retention period

• OTP records and sessions: kept for the period needed for verification, prevention of misuse, troubleshooting and a short operational retention period. The verification code itself is not stored in plain text, only as a hashed value. A verification session, together with the inquiry details, is kept for up to 5 minutes. Rate-limit counters are kept for up to 24 hours.
• A verified inquiry that was not passed on for processing: if, after successful verification, the inquiry could not be passed on for processing, it is kept for recovery purposes for up to 30 days.
• Inquiry and business records: kept for the period needed to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, comply with legal requirements and handle potential disputes.

Information that is no longer reasonably needed will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements.

10. Information security

The-Hunters takes reasonable security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration or loss. The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to information is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

However, absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored in digital systems cannot be guaranteed.

11. Your rights and requests

You may contact The-Hunters to request access to, correction of or deletion of information, subject to applicable law, verification of the requester’s identity and legal retention requirements.

12. WhatsApp

• The OTP code and related messages are sent via WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta.
• Meta may process the phone number and message-related information in accordance with its privacy terms.
• Clicking WhatsApp links on the website opens an external service that is not controlled by The-Hunters.
• We recommend reviewing the Meta / WhatsApp privacy policy.

13. Cookies, browser storage and analytics

The website may use local storage or essential cookies required for operation, security, remembering a language preference or the form process.

During the verification process, the browser temporarily stores (in session storage, for the current tab only) the inquiry details and the verification step, so that refreshing the page does not lose your progress. This information is deleted when the process is completed, when the tab is closed, or when the code expires (5 minutes).

Cloudflare Turnstile may use essential storage mechanisms for its operation, in accordance with the Cloudflare privacy policy.

The website does not currently use analytics tools or marketing and advertising cookies.

14. Minors

The website is intended for business use and is not directed at independent use by children. Personal information of minors should not be provided unless this is done by someone authorized to do so, and only when necessary.

15. External links

The website may include links to external websites and services. The-Hunters is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or security practices of those websites. Visiting external websites is at the user’s own responsibility.

16. Policy updates

The-Hunters may update this policy from time to time. An updated policy will be published on the website with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes consent to the updated policy.
